When does coaching make sense?

What topics can I discuss with my coach?

The topics that can be dealt with in a coaching are as diverse as the person itself. It is important to us to identify the central topic in the first phase and then jointly agree on a clear objective for the coaching. The variety of topics is vast, here is a selection of typical matters:

Coach and Coachee

We know from experience that in coaching the fit between coach and coachee is crucial. Therefore, we start with a coaching conversation with the mutual acquaintance and the clarification of the joint mission. If you feel that the coach is not the right conversation partner for you, you can end the coaching – we know tools and ways for a constructive conclusion in which you can clearly recognize what you have learned and take it with you.

There is no fixed rule for the duration of a coaching process. The range extends from a one-time session, in which acute topics are dealt with efficiently, to intensive 4-6 sessions to immerse oneself in deeper reflection of the overall situation relationships to regular meetings at large intervals, which serve to and repeatedly serve the self-assurance of the coachee. We once asked our colleagues: the longest coaching relationship has proven itself for over 20 years.

All our coaches have certified coaching training and/or many years of practical experience in coaching.

In our coaching sessions, we work with the systemic approach and the principle of solution-oriented coaching, which means that we consider not only you as an individual, but also your private and professional environment, because often the solution is in the resources that surround you directly. We assume that the solution to your problem or question lies in you and that you have lost or have not yet found access to it.

From our large repertoire of coaching tools, we select what will best help you move forward. From psychologists to business economists to engineers – our coaches have different theoretical backgrounds. What they have in common is that they only use the tools and methods that have proven themselves in consulting and coaching practice.
